1 egg 12 oz buffalo wing sauce (divided) hot or mild 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs 1 lb ground chicken 2 tbsp ranch seasoning 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing optional, for dipping
In a large bowl, stir together 1/2 cup wing sauce with the egg. add in bread crumbs and stir to combine.
Add ranch seasoning and ground chicken. Mix well.
Form meat mixture into walnut size balls, rolling with your hands.
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add meatballs and brown, turning frequently to allow to brown evenly.
Transfer meatballs to your slow cooker and cover with remaining wing sauce.
Cook on low for two hours, stirring halfway through cook time.
