Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 12 oz buffalo wing sauce (divided) hot or mild
  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing optional, for dipping

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, stir together 1/2 cup wing sauce with the egg. add in bread crumbs and stir to combine.
  • Add ranch seasoning and ground chicken. Mix well.
  • Form meat mixture into walnut size balls, rolling with your hands.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet. Add meatballs and brown, turning frequently to allow to brown evenly.
  • Transfer meatballs to your slow cooker and cover with remaining wing sauce.
  • Cook on low for two hours, stirring halfway through cook time.
